Delivery & return

Delivery :

 

A-products are delivered to the address specified by the customer through the order form. The shipping cost will be communicated after the order validation, depending on package weight and destination. 

 

 B-The customer must verify the completeness and compliance information it provides. The latter can not be held responsible for any entry errors and the consequences in terms of delays or misdelivery. In this context, all expenses incurred for the return of the order will be fully borne by the customer. 

 

 C-"Diar Argan" can not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions due to carrier (or partial strike of postal services and transport and/or communications). The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage due to carrier within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the package. 

 

D-An email is sent to the client for preventing the departure of his package. 

 

NB: the delivery of our products is ensured in the world by Fedex.

 

Return :

 

The company services sarl Solidarity means that those customers who are not satisfied with the items ordered may exercise the right of withdrawal under Article L. 121-1 of the Code of consumption under optimum conditions. 

 

 Thus, the customer can return the items delivered within seven days from the date of delivery, in their original packaging, complete (accessories, manuals ...) and accompanied by the return carefully completed and a copy of the invoice at:

 It is for the client to spare the evidence of this return, which means that items must be returned by registered mail, or by any other means giving a certain date, the costs and risks of return remain the responsibility of the customer. 

 

 Repayment of returned items to the price charged will be made, by way of payment of items, by transfer to the customer's bank account within thirty days after receipt by the company Solidaire Services sarl returned items. 

 

 Items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or damaged by the customer will not be reimbursed.
